The fruit for our liquors come from small scale farmers which do work under
the certified control of the CRAE (CONSEJO REGULADOR
DE AGRICULTURA ECÓLIGICA DE CANARIAS).

In some cases we also buy from fincas which cannot show the certificat yet. And this is then the case when we know the owner personally and when we can guarantee the ecological production of the finca.
We only buy fresh but ripe fruit and process them in between two days.
Befor processing the fruit we control their condition one more time.
Dubious fruits are seperated and are not further processed.

Our liquors are all hand-made and have nothing to do with massproduction.
That means that we buy only little amounts of fruit for each production. Therefor it is possible that the taste of a liquor made in spring differs from one produced in summer because the taste of the fruit was different. The same thing can happen to the colour.
But howsoever, you always can count on the high quality of our products.
